I am feeling for her right now, even though she was partying, we both know, she was exciting to have her first child - and the second one, even if it was unplanned. I am praying for her tonight, and I wish her and her whole family peace. She needs help though, I think she needs to drop off the media radar quickly as possible, and go to some tropical island rehab center, and put herself back together....and take like several months doing so.

No one is going to get anywhere with the argument of "she's losing it completely, please don't take her kids away because they're all she's got!" If they're all she's got, then she should be at home with them showing that their well-being is her first priority.

And if someone is completely losing it, that is actually an argument for WHY she should not have her kids right now. The little cherubs aren't going to be the thing that brings her around and save her--it's time for the concern to be shifted to the children and their well-being, while she should be getting the help she needs in order to maybe one day be the mother they deserve.
