stargate continuum spoilers

let hope he will not find out that daniel loose a leg,

^

......

He didn't.

I've been a good boy and didn't read the hidden spoilers (or any other spoilers on the Net), but I couldn't help not reading that little thing about the leg.

I know the premise of the movie - that Ba'al screws around with the timeline and the Goa'uld are back en force. So, saying that, I know there's already another Daniel who is long dead and gone having lived out the rest of his life in Ancient Egypt after he travelled back in time. (Jack, Sam, and Teal'c even got to die twice in two different timelines!) He was killed by Teal'c in the same episode (Moebius, Parts 1 & 2), but everything got fixed when SG-1 fixed the timeline and it was like it didn't happen.

I suspect the same will happen with this one. For whatever reason, he may lose his leg, but I'm pretty certain it won't be permanent.

I will find out on July 29. (Assuming I can get my hands on a copy somewhere.)

I was right!!

Bought my copy today and just finished watching it. Loved it and I was right about the temporary thing with the leg.

My favourite line? By Daniel Jackson, of course:

"We're Americans. Please shoot the people chasing us."

Oh, yes. I almost forgot.

It was nice to see Don S. Davis returning as General Hammond, but difficult to watch at the same time, knowing that he would never be back again. I'm curious if they will write his death into the next movie. I think that would be a suitable tribute to him.

Already watched. It was really good. I still liked TAOT more but this one's great nonetheless.
