hi, gais, i need some advice from you all

i am kinda planning to coming to terms with who i am and in the mood for my first time

but the problem is; when i comes to men, i am really no good
and not particularly a sensitive enough (scared of appearing rude, ya know)
and i dont really know what are the best lines/ gestures to acquain men
and i am just so scared if there is silence going on when i do meet someone; thx

I have found the most effective opening line is.....
"Hello"

Followed up with a general compliment or comment about the surrounding situation. Usually phrased as a question to get them talking.

"You look good in that shirt. Where did you get it?"

or

"I couldn't help but notice your smile. What's your name?"

Don't use these as lines, pick up lines don't seem to work for me. Just say hello and ask a question, find some common ground, and let conversation happen. Don't be stiff or use 'canned' lines.

just what works for me. Good luck.

1. "Hello" is always the best first line.
2. Talk specifically about something where you are. If you're at a club, ask what he thinks of the place, or of the music.
3. Do find something to compliment. Don't force it. If you think his shirt is ugly, don't lie and say it's hot. Instead, compliment his hair. :)
4. Don't be afraid of silence. It can be nervewracking, but silences are a normal part of every conversation. Take your time during them to think of other things to say. Don't immediately blurt out something just to fill the silence - THAT ends up being a lot more awkward than silence is.
5. LISTEN. Don't say something, then tune him out while you think of your next sentence. LISTEN to what he says, and let his answer help guide your next question or statement.

We're not a different species. We talk the same way everyone else does. :)

You're a man, you should know what men like to hear.

Imagine a guy coming up to you, who you don't know, and saying something. What would you respond the best to?

I usually talk about (and respond best to) something going on in a current situation.

Something as simple as waiting in line in a grocery store in the slowest line:

"Dang, just our luck getting stuck in this line."

Things like that.

i know, but sometimes i just thought might be different when talking in a man to man situation,
i kinda of have my tongue stuck inside my mouth and no words coming out

and this afternoon, i had a nap and a dream, it is terrifying when i dream of getting infected with STD in a relationship and then i woke up, scared and worried what might happen in a relationship with a wrong guy---it scared me a little

I don't mind you asking at all. :) My only concern is that, having been in a monogamous relationship for the last nine years, I haven't used condoms in awhile. Consumer Reports did a test of condoms in 2005, though, and they're about as trustworthy a source as you're likely to come across. It looks like most of the condoms they tested were strong and safe enough. All Trojan condoms and all Durex condoms (except for High Sensation Lubricated) proved very good. They had bad results with the freebie condoms given away at Planned Parenthood - that's possibly because they sat around too long. You can see the test results here.

You should also probably read the "How to Choose" section here - it has some basic tips on increasing condom safety. I'd add another one - if you haven't used a condom (or haven't for awhile), PRACTICE. Practice putting one on yourself (and lube), so you won't be fumbling around when the time comes. :)

Also, if you're still really concerned about getting infected from a sex partner, know that there are plenty of sexual activities that carry very little or no risk for contracting an STD. Feel free to stick with those until you feel more comfortable trying something else.

Good luck!
