I dont want to sound contrary to what illgetbi says, and this is just indicative of the whole exercise/dieting world, but I'd put more emphasis on your diet than your exercise. Simply put, a pear is 80 calories and takes about 3 minutes to eat? 80 calories takes about 20 minutes of walking to burn off. All the exercise in the world isn't going to work if a good dietary foundation isn't there to help.
Then moving onto exercise, I'd suggest doing the most high intensity exercise you can manage. do 10 minutes of jogging over half an hour of walking, because that gets your heart rate up into the higher levels, which ends up boosting your metabolic rate for X amount of time after the workout. Similarly, try and lift some weights. Muscle burns calories, so not only do you get the calories burned from the initial workout, but you're building up to once again, a higher metabolic rate. It will also help you with image stuff, because you'll notice you're getting ripped underneath whatever fat you want to lose, and it will make you even more eager to get rid of it.
