Since the act of ejaculation requires the contraction and activation of a number of muscles in the pubic area, I would say that perhaps some of the drugs that you are taking is paralyzing or at least restricting the muscles from acting.

How can something be dry and moist? "Cock cheese" usually means Smegma... which is dry. I think you may of had something similar to a wet dream. I have not waken up with stuff on my glands penis unless it was a wet dream (which hasn't happened for years).
If you are 18 and never ejaculated and not on any sort of medication (or abusing any sort of drug) then go to your doctor... if you are abusing some sort of substance than stop.
