It's probably both. "A stiff cock has no eyes and no conscience", so there are guys out there that can totally divorce themselves from the fact that they have a guy sucking their cock, regardless of how they went about that happening. But I suspect that, largely, it is a societal thing that keeps them from admitting they're bi.
