Bit of a random question, but I’ve been wondering this for a while, and thought here is a good place to ask.

When straight guys wear sweatpants/tracksuits/shorts, are they aware that everyone they pass will check them out?

Sometimes I can’t help but look at a hot guys bulge. But guys, do you know that we’re all looking? And do you mind?

I'm straight-ish tending to bi so I think I can offer a straight perspective.

Straight guys (like many of us) wear their bulge with a sense of pride and see it as a symbol of their manhood. Some, I know (the homophobes), would be offended or angry at being checked out by guys. Many straight guys these days will know that other guys will look, and many would accept the looks they get with a sense of acknowledging their manhood. If that makes sense.

A straight guy who tolerates being checked out, will not want others to know that he's okay with it. So my advice is to enjoy the view, but be discreet about it.
