Straight guys: ever had a "bromance?"

I always thought as bromance of a kind of straight guy crush on another straight guy but not sexually. But since it meant strong friendship between guys as mentioned above a lot of my guy friends are very close together. So i guess they qualify as having bromances towards each other. They could be very comfortable sleeping over at each other's place. Definitely nothing sexual going on between them coz they have gfs for that matter.

I have two really good friends. We hang out, confide in each other, etc. But the "most physical" thing we've ever done are back-slapping hugs. Never shared a bed, seen each other naked, or do physical jokes or anything like that. But emotionally, they're like my blood brothers. And frankly, I have no desire for the "physical" side of "bromanticism".

But I think the closest I've experienced is when another buddy of mine was sowing me some of his martial arts techniques. We were shirtless, sweaty, and doing lots of grappling. It was like being little kids again; except he kicked me in the head and nearly gave me a concussion...

Well, I think it's a good thing to have a close male bound with a stright guy.
I'm bi. And i have a stright friend, we are the closes guys you could ever meet, we talk about anything and everything. we even gave each other wired little nick names like kitty and puppy lol. i know thats really gay but we don't see it like that. we're just two friends. And it's more common then you think.
oh and we have never had a sexual relationship.
