Hello guys, I have a question maybe you guys can give me your insight on.

I'm 31, my married, next door neighbor is 66. He's a hairy Italian guy who I always have been attracted to. He is presumably straight, always seems to be flirting with women and is a father and grandfather. Certain things he has said to me have struck not only myself but others I tell of flirtinf vs just being friendly and I'm wondering what you guys think.

- Made a joke one time when we were both cutting our lawns that I'm the goood looking guy, and he's the old guy.

- One time I was out cutting the lawn and trimming edges and I was on my hands and knees. He made a remark about how nice and hard I'm working on my knees.

- He was dressed up as the Easter bunny and I made a joke to him about where my candy was. He asked if I've been a good boy or a bad boy and only if I was a good boy would I get some. I later messaged him on messenger joking to say I've been a good boy and he sent me " good boy😎" as response.

- Another time he asked me to help him move an irrigation machine off his truck. When I went over he told me I smelt really good, but didn't bother to ask what cologne I was wearing, I then told him.


These things lead me to believe he's semi-flirting but then I'm also just not sure if it's someone being friendly. What do you guys think? I know it's difficult to say not knowing him, etc but how would you take all this?

I think he might just being friendly , it's ambiguous to get insight into this situation , you'd have to be blunt and straightforward and dare to ask him if he ever dared to get it on with you
 
Sounds like he's just a friendly neighbor but you never know he could be also flirting with you too just keep an eye and don't make anything weird unless he say something to you

Thank you JohnJohn. You really think so? I'm not opposed to it if he's going to bed me as well. Would much rather sleep with him. But interesting you brihg that up, it never even entered my mind.
 
One thing i learned about flirty straight guys is you have to be quick on your feet to flirt back.

When he said how nice and hard your working on your knees. i would have replied back i love working on nice and hard things.
