Start in a fetal position and shift to lying quasi on the side with a pillow under the free arm - it does wonder for the shoulder problems i have to deal with.

Never, never on the back - if that happens, getting up the next a.m. is not a fun experience.

I always fall asleep on my stomach with one leg pulled up. I usually wake up on my back in the morning. If I want to sleep longer, I literally roll over and go back to sleep

Is there anything more to this than those MySpace quizzes with half naked guys? ("You sleep on your back so that means you are wide open and vulnerable.....")

any ideas

i sleep in the fetal position, cuddling with my body pillow and my back against the wall. and i've come to the conclusion that it's because i have "security issues"
