No results after half a year? I'm one of those believers that you should work out until failure, not doing sets/reps bullshit. Exhaust yourself!

At any rate, here are some truly amazing tonic herbs for working out, proven in chinese medicine for thousands of years. Get the highest quality that you can afford.

Ant extract (Polyrhachis vicina Roger) -- this will help IMMENSELY on so many levels
Gynostemma (aka Jiaogulan) -- make a tea with this, drink twice a day, you'll live longer and be stronger and any tumor that tries to form in your body will be destroyed.
Maral Root - Natural anabolic agent, lots of health benefits
Cordyceps - expensive, but worth every penny. Increases energy, great for the lungs and the heart

^ I would also suggest you check for yourself to determine whether the supplements are going to achieve the specific results you are seeking - and also whether they could have any side effects or contra indications. Some do - it is always wise to check and establish such things first. ;)
 
my question is: are supplements really neccessary to gain muscles? i wanted to open a thread about that when i saw this thread already existed. oh and @cleverOne : how is that "working out until exhaustion" working for you? there are so many different training methods out there that i wonder which one is the best for my goals and working out until total exhaustion has a very high risk of muscle tissue damage...
 
oh and one more thing: please don´t believe that any supplements will destroy tumors in your body.. that is just not true. and even if certain chinese "meds" are thousands of years old doesn´t mean that they work. eating tiger testicles for a harder erection is used for hundreds of years and i don´t think that this works in any way
 
Creatin will cause an almost immediate and noticeable increase in strength and pump. It is a temporary increase, but most bodybuilders use it. Milk is as good a protein supplement as any. Little calves grow to be big animals quickly on milk. It is designed by nature as the food to create muscle and bone.
