lol... I used to have the same problem, but I eventually got over it. It's not something I do often though. Maybe once every 6 months I get the urge.

I don't think antibodies would be directed against your own sperm cells, maybe you just have a sensitive throat lining. If it is really sore you should probably stop doing it.

I don't think thats true. What antibodies are you talking about, what are the antibodies directed against? I thought semen had prostaglandins to supress an immune response to aid sperm survival in the vagina, not antibodies to provoke an immune response.

Well adidasluvr, I don't understand how if someone has antibodies directed against their own sperm cells (which is what you're saying dwpg1985 has) then why doesn't it cause inflammation in the testicles if its going to cause inflammation in the throat? I mean, if the exact same antibody-sperm cell complex can provoke an inflammatory response in the throat then why doesn't it do so in the testicles?
