My closest friend is under the impression that swallowing cum has health benefits, according to her it can fight breast cancer, so she swallows. I am now wondering if she is plain wrong or if there is any truth behind it.
If you swallow can it effect you possitivly or negitivly?

I don't think that's true. Tell her to show you the study and you can decide for yourself if it's trustworthy or not. I'd be skeptical.
