I'm driving to school in a few weeks and will be going across the country with one of my good friends. He's a really great guy and he's attractive too, but he doesn't know that i'm bi-curious. As far as I know, he's straight. I'm really curious to fool around with another guy and wouldn't mind doing so with him. Staying in hotels for a few nights seems like a perfect opportunity to make some sort of move.

First off, is it a good idea to test the waters and see if I can make something happen?

Second, how the hell would i go about doing so?
 
Thats a toughy. Well if you guys are really good friends, maybe you can wrestle him, you know just guy stuff. I really wouldnt know though so Im not the best person to be giving advice. But good luck if you decided to go for it.

You don't know if he's bisexual or gay. As far as you know he's straight and he's a good buddy as well. My advise: don't do it. Remain good friends with him and fool around with other guys.
 
If he truly is a good friend then I think its a no go do you want to risk a friendship just to fool around I have a very good friend that its common knowlege that we are attracted to eachother but we would never fool around with eachother the friendship means too much
