As somebody who has recently spent a bit of time babysitting for my 3 year old niece, I can say that Teletubbies are actually clever; Barney is annoying for anyone over 4. I'm just waiting for the kid to get old enough so I can pop in some classic Looney Tunes and develop her sense of humor.
