This isn't intended to receive a reply, I'm just testing to see if I've figured out how to get photos into the MAIN BODY of my post - not just the thumbnails below. If I have it figured out, the picture will appear again in a thread of what somebody just showed me.

No...that doesn't work.

I'm trying to get it NOT ONLY into thumbnails, but into the main body, because I have a series of five pictures, all of which have text before and after them.

Oy, noobs... OK, *holds hand* After you upload your picture with the file uploader, either go to view that picture, or keep the upload window open so you can view the links to them. Then RIGHT click on the picture or link and select properties. A window will come up, and the center of the window will have a section with the URL for the image. Highlight and copy that text.

Then when you want to insert it in your post, click the handy dandy image button at the top of the edit screen, and paste in the line of text you copied. That will insert the image code into the body of your post.

Hi guys, and thanks! Methinks I've got it...I'll test it right here (as this is the "test" thread...). If this gives me an "imbedded" image, I can finally proceed!

Looks like this might do it! (I had to enable a "scripted window" after finally noticing a message in the task bar...there's still so much I don't know...once I enabled that, I didn't have to put the tags in manually.) If so, I'm off to posting one of the most surprising and shocking things I've ever seen...

This is an interesting post for me too because some times I want the images to appear in the thread without the thumbnails and without having to upload photo to another server please let me try.

woops it had tumbnail ther on preview but removed it when I posted it. I'm going to sugest a practise forum. What do you think?
