This could be a Saturday Night Live skit, but it's not.

Santorum reflects on uncomfortable showers

http://maddowblog.msnbc.com/_news/2013/08/08/19931476-santorum-reflects-on-uncomfortable-showers

Hey, Ricky... if you happen to be taking a shower in Austin, whatever you do, don't drop the soap!

And since Santorum doesn't much care whether his opinions -- on showers, on contraception, on "man on dog" relations -- are "unpopular," he's inclined to keep sharing his views and offending the American mainstream.

Maybe he was referring to "the golden shower."

Google Santorum.

We can only hope that he runs for president in 2016.

Thanks for the Village People. I met them in Houston and I don't remember them being that skinny.

I think they must have based the character of Major Frank Burns (MASH) on Santorum...or maybe Santorum idolized Frank Burns and decided to emulate him.

I met a few of them bartending but I didn't tell them that I walked out of their concert in Oakland.....they are much better as a studio group. Awkward live performers....the opening act was Gloria Gaynor and she should have been the headliner..

^ How often has the warm-up act been "better" than the main act?

Sometimes there are near-impossible expectations for the main act, expectations which may not exist for the warm-up act. Therefore, the flaws (which are inherent to live performances) may not be noticed in the warm-up act.

The amount of studio manipulation to produce the studio recordings will also vary from one act to another, which will affect how a live performance will "compare with their records." An act/group whose recordings include a lot of technology and processing which isn't entirely available in live performances may be considered "not as good, live" though their expertise still is evident.

SO GLAD that I could stay so entirely on topic about Rick Santorum, haha.

Badmouthing gay people by using gender stereotypes is a classy act on a gay forum. Not.

Keep clicking on SpreadingSantorum, kids. We can get it back on top of the Google parade. :-)

It's done all the time here on JUB.

The lesbian that interrupted Michelle Obama was raked over the coals in this forum.

Their awkwardness might have been from being plastered. In Houston after the concert they came to our fav bar and drank more. But they were more fun at the bar than at the concert.

I hope we see a lot of Santorum in the news along with the rest of the right wing nuts. It's guaranteed another Democratic victory when the voters are reminded of these idiots.

I agree.

Mitt Romney said in an interview that he did not necessarily consider himself a good candidate for the Republican Party for president. He felt he was too Mormon and too moderate for the party's tastes. But he was persuaded to run because all the other candidates were so bad! By which he meant, crazy, of course.

I am hopeful that Santorum and Perry and Cruz all run in 2016. The freak show will do America good, by helping to elect a Democrat.

Religious fundamentalism and politics don't mix very well.

That speech made no sense at all. WTF from showering at the Y to his reasoning on winning the revolutionary war . I'm sure it makes sense to the right wing used douche bags though. To bad someone in the crowd didn't yell out "whats with the pink tie you girly man?"
