Perhaps if you're looking for a quickie, but if you're looking to date, this is a way to form a tacky first impression.

Just say HI and go from there. If he's truly interested in you, he will engage in conversation with you. Of course, you also have to take into account the shyness factor between the two of you but the more you guys chat the more you will be comfortable with each other.

You never know until you take a chance. And from the sounds of it I do believe he is interested.

seriously? LOL and "i don't really think he is gay" thats a riot. I mean the staring is bad enough but if you walk past him then turn around and he is still looking at you? i mean seriously.

He is the what you call a closet gay. He is interested but will NEVER make the first move for whatever reason. So it is up to you to bag him. He better be hot for all this trouble.
