Well, I was under the impression that the frenelum was supposed to dissolve or something sometime during the teen years, but I still have mine. It doesn't particularly bother me, but just wondering if anyone else still had theirs after they were teens.

No that's never supposed to be removed it's a very important part of your penis' anatomy. Here's more information about it.

No. The membrane attached to the rest of the head dissolves, but the frenulum is supposed to remain. It's the major source of pleasure sensitivity on the penis.
