Guys - are black jeans part of the business casual attire?

If I were to wear a nice button up shirt, tucked in, with a belt and dress shoes but with black jeans... is that considered business casual? Or should I just wear khakis?

By my standards, I'd say they are fine, but by your company's standards, they probably are not. Many companies have a no jeans/denim policy for business casual. Check with your HR director or Office Manager for a ruling.
