She's amazing. I find it a real shame that her music seems to have been appropriated by cafes and retail outlets in this country, her music is way too sacred for that.

I still remember hearing "Mississippi Goddam" for the first time when I was 15 or so, it totally blew my mind. She had more integrity and conviction than almost any other singer or mucisican I can think of.

I loved her version of My Way. I had the pleasure of seeing her quite awhile ago at Carnegie hall. Incredible talent. Her Just Like a Woman is the best version of that song I have ever heard.
