Sometimes phone calls made on a CALLING CARD will come up as a call from an oddball place. I've been told that my calling card comes up as a Colorado number.

A calling card is the little printed note that a gentleman caller hands to your butler or maidservant when he visits your house and wishes to to inform you of his intention to call upon you at a later date for the purpose of soliciting your affections ...or at least that's what it was way back when I was a young Victorian gentlewoman.
