As far as I can tell the stupidity level overall is about the same.
When I look at old Dutch television programs and compare them to contemporary ones, not much has changed.
I had old VHS-tapes with programs we taped in the nineties and most of it was either rubbish or similar to what we have now.
Maybe this is the core of A.I. fears.
