Eggs

From Wikipedia:
They supply a large amount of complete, high-quality[7] protein (which contains all essential amino acids for humans), and provide significant amounts of several vitamins and minerals, including vitamin A, riboflavin, folic acid, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, choline, iron, calcium, phosphorus and potassium. They are also one of the least expensive single-food sources of complete protein. One large chicken egg contains approximately 7 grams of protein.

They have about 10grams of fat, so don't eat TOO many :P

Mmmm strawberries. I'm surprised you missed them in your list.

I eat about half of those on a (near) daily-basis.

Quite proud of myself and I wasn't even trying!!

Canned Sardines

Named after the Mediterranean Island of Sardinia in Italy, this delicious slender Cold-water fish is packed full of important nutrients such as the highest amounts of omega-3 fatty acids, protein, and calcium (because we eat the bones). One of the world's first canned foods, the sardine is rich in phosphorus, iron, potassium, vitamin B6, and niacin.

Omega-3 fatty acids, which aid the body in transferring oxygen, help with muscle elasticity and are a positive influence on the blood vessels and heart. They help protect against many diseases such as cancer, arthritis, high blood pressure, strokes and heart disease. They help suppress the activity of prostaglandins and leukotrienes which can activate various diseases, including blood clots and joint inflammation. Omega-3s also help protect the immune system. Not only is fish oil an anti-inflammatory agent, it also helps to protect the heart against arrhythmias (irregular heart beats). Arrhythmias are recognized as one of the most common triggers of heart attacks.

Being very small fish, we don’t have to worry about the heavy metals that often contaminate large fish

A dieter's dream!... Sardine cans come in small portions, about 4 oz and long shelf life. One can of skinless and boneless sardines in water has just 160 calories most of it from 24g Protein, 8g fat (just 2.5g Sat)… One can has more calcium than a cup of whole milk. Co-Enzyme Q10 helps promote brain activity and has been used by doctors to treat depression.

Canned sardines are among the easiest and cheapest sources of omega 3 and calcium. Sardines tend to be regarded as lowly, perhaps because they are so cheap. Canned sardines make a perfectly acceptable snack, first or main course.

They sll Acai bowls and smoothies at a place near me... I'll have to try it. They should just start growing them somewhere in the U.S.

I'm not sure they will grow here. I tried them once, and didn't care for the taste. They taste kind of like licorice. That may be why they use them as a blend most often.

yes they are quite bitter and degrade really quickly after they are picked, so they must be freeze dried. I've had the smoothies at Juice it Up. They're good, but their Acai blend is pretty weak.

I'm a total health food nerd so here I go. I'm vegan, so that means I don't eat ANYthing that comes from animals, including fish, cheese, eggs, milk, casein, etc. It's worked awesome for me, I lost 80 pounds in about a year and feel amazing now. I work at a health food store so here's the superfoods we reccomend to everyone:

Acai berries

Goji berries

Pomegranates

Greens: chlorella, blue/green algae, any type of dark leafy green, broccoli, spinach, green tea, kale, kelp etc.

lots of raw fruits and veggies. This ensures they retain the enzymes and nutrients. Steaming them is good too. Um, I can't think of many more except the basics but yeah.

Not to be a negative Nancy. I love eggs but how about the ridiculous amount of cholesterol? I don't know about you but I don't like to stop after just one egg. lol

The latest nutritional studies indicate that eggs are safe for most people. Studies that have looked at cholesterol levels after eggs are consumed have found that there doesn't seem to be a direct relationship between dietary cholesterol and blood cholesterol levels. Ignoring the science, the public has been told that eggs are bad for their cholesterol levels.

Oddly enough, the suspected culprits in elevated low-density cholesterol (LDL) levels are saturated fats. The studies are trying to determine why.
