The Taste of india, curry In A Hurry.

If you can find a Tandoori take-out....anything is great.

Thanks for the suggestions guys, i still haven't ordered a curry yet, the butter chicken certainly sounds appealing.

A good choice. My other half, who knows about these things, tells me that butter chicken is just about the only dish you can order in an Indian restaurant in the UK which tastes the same as it would if you ordered it in India. It's usually served mildly spiced, but you can always ask the chef to add extra heat if that's your thing.

Butter Chicken is a favourite of ours and it is beautifully rich.

How about a rich Vindaloo? Either meat or veg?
Butter chicken is wonderful. It's as good "starter" dish (as are samosas) for those who may be skittish about trying Indian food. Tandoori chicken is also a good starter for the skittish. I am in love with Indian cuisine, and am ambitious half-hour walk (if I choose not to drive, or take the bus) gets me right into the belly of a wonderful neighborhood full of Indian and Middle Eastern restaurants.

But, uh...VINDALOO??? Cormac asked for something not too spicy. Wad'ya tryin' to do - kill him? (I like vindaloo a lot, but it's considered to be one of the hottest entrees in the world.)
I don't often eat Indian food. It's a shame. I live near the tiny town of Millbourne, Pennsylvania, which has the highest percentage of Asian Indian-Americans of any USA community.
Hey man, next time I'm out your way, let's go to Millbourne, OK?
