He has to be in his 40s, and I'm not sure if it's him but it looks a lot like him. He's married and I know it's none of my business, but if I almost wish I didn't know because if I have to see him again I'll have to put my best acting forward. Should I just forget I saw it? I just don't want him to mess with any treatment I might need, so I'm hoping he doesn't think anyone knows.

Haha, I think he's attractive but I'm not the kind of person to do something like that, especially when the person is married. I feel guilty just knowing.

Yep, just act like nothing happened. He probably saw you on Grindr too.

He has a right to his life, mistakes and all. There's no reason to let on.

Well I would avoid bringing it up in his surgery! If you see him elsewhere then fine - it's up to you where you want to go with that. But it could alter the professional relationship you have so maybe just leave it out.
