Tips for dealing with a lot of stress?

What kind of stress?
 
I have lots of stress too! I talk to my therapist a few times a month.
 
Everything. Mostly money and relationship.

There's a lot of different approaches but they come down really to two options:
  1. Remove the source of the stress from your life, if possible
  2. Change the way that you cope with the stress

While that may sound glib, it's really the most basic of advice.

There's a lot of people who are having panic attacks and other reactions to the stress in their lives. It seems to come with a situation where they've lost of control of the things that are sources of stress. What the experts are going to tell you is that you need to take a look at the things that are stressing you. Change the things you can. Change how you react to the ones that you cannot otherwise change.
 
I stopped giving a fuck and I feel a heck a lot better ever since!

Kinda serious kinda not...once I stopped feeling like I had to control every aspect things just started working out better. I used to fret that everything had to be perfect...and guess what?...they are not...and the things that I "gave up" on or stopped worrying about worked themselves out.

Now I am not saying bury your head in the sand, but it is ok to let things go and not give a fuck about every little thing once in a while!

Life is a while lot more relaxing when you can let go of being a control freak!
