How often do you weigh yourself, and when?

never weigh myself (or rarely )
I can feel it if i'm not healthy and should adjust accordingly. :)

Every day, in the morning, just after my shower.

I swear I'll lose 10 pounds by May!

I weigh myself at the gym every Sunday and Thursday.

I seldom weigh myself- maybe once a month or so. I focus more on measurements of the body part that I happen to be focusing on in the gym.

When I was losing the weight I needed to I would weigh myself every day. Then when I got to a point where I could go up or down 5 pounds or so I would weigh just to see how careful I should be for the day. However, recently I have not weighed myself since I'm on a completely different diet. I might weight myself once a month but I know when I need to lose a few pounds.

Like everyday? I watch it constantly. I know im not fat but I feel fat and I sometimes go days without eating to feel better. But then sometimes I eat alot. It depends on how I feel. I made friends with this one kid. Hes great. He makes me feel good about my body. I dunno why I watch my weigfht.

I go through obsessive stages where I weigh myself a lot. I weigh myself more when I eat less:rolleyes:


For years I have weighed myself near enough 20 times a day :cry:

I am now weighing myself every Tuesday morning when I get out of my shower. Weird, that schedule. But I am on a diet and I just want to be sure I ma losing, don't want to be obsessed about a number. I know I'm losing weight because of the way that I've changed my eating habits/diet. That is more important to me than what the scale number is. Also, My pants are feeling looser, so I know that the belly fat is slowly diminishing, which again is more important than whatever the scale says.

I weigh when I wake up usually--it helps me keep myself honest about my eating. I also look to see how my clothes are fitting --but I can gain quite a bit of weight and still wear the same clothes. I am down about 10 lbs from last year so far.

once a week, or if I eat a lot and I feel fat, i'll sometimes do it every other day but I don't worry about it too much cuz I run and work out regularly, like 5times a week, if the weathers not cold haha, I try and watch what I eat, I mostly eat fish, chicken and rice, and I'm constantly looking at nutrition guides, not so much the calories, but the grams of fat
