I opened my day-planner and there it was, in big bold letters:

Coming-out anniversary!!!!! yayyy!!!!
(yes, I overuse exclamation marks when I'm very happy)

Today one year ago I came out to my dad. He's the last person in my life I've told.

What does being out one year give me?
