I think yes...digitally. Its so photoshoped. She's cute though.
 
I'm going to agree. The eyes are no doubt modofied to give off a blue reflection. Then the hair is really fake, you can see the baby's real "fine" hair near the part in the forehead and there's no way a 4 month old baby can have hair that is so dark and so THICK. By thickness I'm not refering to the density of all the hair, but the individual strands of hair are no were near as fine as a 4 month old's baby's would be.
 
It's amazing what you can achieve with a copy of 'Honcho' and a turkey baster!

And Photoshop manipulation? I've heard that when this picture was taken, Tom was in New York, Katie was in Los Angeles and the baby hadn't even been born yet!!!!
 
What a BEAUTIFUL baby!!!!! For a second there I was expecting the baby to be black or something by the way they didn't want to reveal the pictures for the longest time LOL.
 
yeah...the baby looks just like katie...she's beautiful. she also looks a little like james van der beek...i'm just saying.
 
There's something very strange about how Suri looks but what it is I don't know. It really does'nt look either like Tom or Katie, like it's someone else's kid. :confused:

The baby is cute but kinda big for 4mos. Can you imagine, these Hollywood babies are born and are already working. I'm sure baby Suri got paid for these pictures. Baby's first job, how cute, she'll have her own pad in Malibu in no time. They photoshopped the baby but they forgot to photoshop Tom's wrinkles.
