hey guys.
i have started going to the gym and do some training. i havent been happy with the way that i look for a while and a few weeks ago my work mates said i was losing weight. so after speaking to a couple of people i have started training.
at first i found it really hard and in a way embarrasing, i hadn't realised just how unfit i really was.
i am now doing really well at it and looking forward to going to the gym every other day. it has really given me my self confidence back and i am happy to go out and be me again.
so i would like to say a huge thank you to all those who are supporting me through my training and for being really good friends. (*8*)
