Inspired by my favorite Domina, I invented this little nasty device.
It's build over one of those 'tennis balls' with holes in, which are rather popular i.e. in camping grounds, for the fact, that their 'shattering potential' is rather limited.
I bought my balls in my local toy store, at 2 balls for 3 €/$.
The stick, which is in fact locking the testes inside the ball, is a piece of 10 millimeter aluminum tube, with a hole drilled through either end, to hold the padlocks.
The way it works is, that you put your ball sack, and your testicles down into the ball, upon which you push the aluminum tube through two of the holes in the ball, as far 'back' as you can possibly get it.
In other words: there is absolutely no intention, that your testicles should be able to pass under the aluminum tube, neither both of them, nor one of them at a time.
Once the aluminum tube is in place, you put the padlocks through the holes at the end of it, and now the ball-ball is locked into place (at least until you can get at the key(s))...
I have an ongoing quest, to find a ball a little bigger than the one I've used here. The one I've used here measure a little less than 3" across, but I'd like to have one, which is supposed to measure 4" to 4½" across. This would allow for the cock to be placed inside the ball as well, and then I'd have (yet another) chastity-device.
So, if you should happen to know of a place, where I can get a thing like that (actually, I'd love to get a hollow metal ball, which I could alter to fit the purpose), I'd be almost hilarious, to be hearing from you..!

Another variation over the previous self bondage is utilizing "Anal Bead(s)" in stead of the rubber ring, as a 'trigger'.
Thus the challenge will be to hold on to the anal beads, by mans of the PC muscle, which again will increase (at least the woman's) stimulation received from the stimulator.*
If you want to make to the full advantage, you'll need to build a 'bondage board' like the one outlined above.*

The trick is, that you'll have to accept, that it's not entirely straight... (but then - who is..?)
If you're guessing, that I'm referring to a handlebar i.e. for a mountain bike, you're absolutely right. The point is, that they come at a reasonable price, they are light and sturdy build, and have a length, which will suit most purposes.
All depending upon what handlebar you buy, and from whom, you might need to use a piece of sanding paper, at the ends, to remove any sharp edges or the like, which might otherwise ruin your rope, but apart from this, you'll get a rather nice spreader bar from app. 14€/$ i.e. at your local bicycle-store, and to add to the fun, you can even get it in 'shiny' aluminum, in shiny black, or in matt black - to suit your preferences..!
PS: Don't forget to make sure, that it'll stand up to the challenges, that you are planning to put it through, prior to applying it to BDSM...

- Preparations:
- Lock your handcuff chain to the handcuff ring.
- Tie two nipple clamps, (the kind which you cannot pull off) to the two sets of nipple-clamp-rings, so that you cannot move your breasts, when lying 'on all four' on the board.
- Attach a weight (i.e. a little sand bag) to your handcuff key.
- Bind a key ring to the line, some ½ a foot from the key, in order to prevent the line from sliding further through your gag-ring (collar-ring) than to the ring.
