Tumblr redirects every blog to dashboard

Every time I open a tumblr blog I saved to my favorites (for instance norwaybottom.tumblr.com) I get redirect automatically to https://www.tumblr.com/dashboard

How do I fix this? Google wasn't helping. I use Chrome but resetting settings didn't help, unless I did it wrong.

I'm sure this is a silly question but all the tech-savvy teens in my family are away until after August so if anyone can help?

It's the same for me, every time i click on a pic instead of getting the link for just that pic i get redirected to Tumbler, no idea what they're playing at.

Wait, there seems to be a lot of complaining over it on the net, hopefully Tumblr will fix it, either that or it's finished...

Hi all. I also use the app, as well as a browser, and cannot leave any comments or messages to my friends. I just get a blank page/space. It’s so infuriating. I’d better inform of that too. I’ll try it in the browser - which is both Firefox and Chrome, but I am not optimistic.
Let’s hope it all gets fixed very soon.

Something has been put right, for I can access stuff as before now too. But, as yet, still cannot use the messaging.
