Two Nipples?

I assume what you mean is that he appears to have an extra nipple on his right, which means he presumably has at least three in total.

And it's not that unusual.

I can see why you think a nipple, but It looks more like a drop of water running down his chest.
 
If it's a nipple, it's called a 'supernumarary nipple'. supernumarary (ectopic) breast tissue can occur anywhere along 'the milk line', an arch which extends from the underarm (axilla) down to at least the diaphragm.
 
So, there's three nipples I have to pay attention to. ;)
 
And he has no nipple on the other side. So one must have migrated to the other nipple. Maybe it was lonely.........
 
I would agree with the water droplet assessment. There appears to be another one closer to the navel as well.
