Two Songs Name Help

Hoping someone can help me figure out two song names and I don't have much for you to go on.

The first all I can remember is "Show me what it means to be proud". The music video is of a woman of color walking down the street singing the song and seeing acts of kindness type stuff. It's a very "building" song and makes you feel great. Looked for it for days but seems like I imagined the entire thing

The second main line is "You are gold" very "pop" style. Guy talking about his girl who is gold, "all the people on the streets now..." This I know is a real song but searing for it on lyrics sites came back empty

Hope someone can help me, know I didn't give you all much to go on!

At google, I entered "Show me what it means to be proud" in the search engine and the word lyrics

The result. Its the theme song for The Biggest Loser

Thank you so much, it's the Heather Small one. I put the same thing into google and none of these show up. Love how the algorithm works different for each person! The song was not even listed under "Top 50 proud songs"!
