Seems like Tyra is trying.....trying to follow in the footsteps of Oprah, the former Victoria's Secret supermodel, whose Tyra Show (which airs on CW) won two Daytime Emmy awards, says the girl-power-driven show will wrap at the end of its fifth season in the spring. "My next huge steps will allow me to reach more women and young girls to help us all feel as fierce as we truly are," Banks tells People.com. She plans to launch Bankable Studios, a N.Y.-based film production company currently reviewing possible projects. In a letter on her website, Banks writes that "there's a lot cooking right now and a lot of fire burning in my heart ... and I salute you my amazing family of viewers; without you there never would have been a Tyra Show. I really love you all." Does anyone care. She should take Wendy Williams with her.

Unfortunatley I have been guilty of watching some of her shows. However it wasn't a guilty pleasure it was more for a good laugh. She may be beautiful but she is a self absorbed Oprah!20wannabe thax is a closet lesbian.
 
OMG! I cannot stand that nut job! She can take that dumb ass Wendy too.
 
Personally, I think her show is a joke. Tyra is so self-absorbed and she always manages to make everything about herself, LoL. She could be interviewing a guest about how she was raped by her father as a child and Tyra will be like, "Yeah... girl, when I first started my modeling career, they forced me to pose in all these skimpy outfits with my nipples poking out and sometimes I felt raped too." STFU bitch.
 
I know this bitch ain't trying to pull an Oprah. Seems like her show is running out of ideas and Tyra is ending it before it would get canceled or was it up for renewal to begin with. :wave:

faux-prah and Wendy are extremely stupid but they're good for entertainment, i guess its a guilty pleasure when i can't sleep and her show is on at 1 am on oxygen lol....*hides in corner*
 
I just don't understand what has happened to television in the last 15 years. It is rare for me to turn on the telly and actually find something engaging and entertaining. As for Tyra, good riddance! I found her to be terribly narcissistic and shallow and really hope for something better to replace her, but I don't think I'll hold my breath...
 
I don't understand how she has stayed on the air this long. The clips I've seen on The Soup make it look like the worst show ever.
 
^ Ewww, I stopped watching Top Model many seasons. I'm waiting for that to get cut too.
