Ok, long story short... I may have balanitis, never had this issue before but from Googling its common in guys who are uncut... There isn't any pain or discomfort.
I brought cream today, its for jock itch but its closest thing to clotrimazole I could find, which is suppose to help.
This is really embarrassing & before I go to my parents, I wanted to get feed back from JUB forum, any advice would help, I don't even know if its balanitis 100% but its the closest thing. I attached pic, anyways thanks in advance. 🙈

It could be, but it could also be an STD especially if you're on prep and not using condoms! The only real way to know for sure is a trip to your Dr. or GUM clinic if in the UK.

Balanitis is a severe inflammation of the head of the penis. It is often the result of an untreated infection. It is generally very painful.

Judging from the pictures and your comment that it's not really painful, it doesn't look severe enough to be balanitis.

Assuming that you don't have a discharge coming from your urethra, then we'll start with the assumption that you have a surface skin infection.

The skin on the surface of the penis is pretty much like any other skin on your body. It can get bacterial infections, fungal infections and allergic skin conditions like any other part of the body.

Starting with an over-the-counter fungal cream is where I would recommend starting. In uncircumcised guys, the foreskin creates the three things that fungus needs to grow: heat, moisture and food. In this case, the "food" is dead skin cells and secretions from oil glands on the penis. So, before you apply the cream, use a little soapy water to clean well under the foreskin and then dry the area well with a soft cloth or a hair dryer set to cool.

If the fungal cream doesn't do the trick (and it may take several days before you see a result), then you do need to talk to your doctor. The next step would be to check for a bacterial infection or a skin condition like eczema that would need a prescription to treat.

If you develop a discharge from your urethra, then you do need to talk to your doctor because it is more likely that it's a urinary tract infection (UTI). UTIs do require antibiotics to treat.
