I've wondered the same thing. If a photo with a male just appearing underage is illegal to possess, then what risk am I running by saving pics on my computer? Sure, the original site may have the documents to prove that they are of age but I doubt I would be able to find that site again if I needed those documents.

And it seems in the current climate one is guilty until proven innocent with regards to possessing pics of individuals who are underage.

So, can anyone here honestly tell the difference in a photo between an 18 year old and a 17 year old? Hell, even some 21 year olds could really be underage.

Maybe its safer just to delete all porn pics and stick to purchased videos and magazines.
 
I definitely share your concern. That's one reason that I don't join porn sites. I think if the images are on a pop up that you didn't actively seek out, I think the chance of charges or conviction would be extremely small. As far as the very young guys being 18 or over, I tend to believe they are 18. I would think the sites just have too much to risk by using underage guys. When I was 18, I looked 14. Sucked looking young at the time, but now that I'm older I definitely enjoy it.
 
Actually, there's an ad on JUB that always makes me do a double take because the kid looks like he's 15 or 16.

Precise definitions vary of any age as an individual who has not yet reached puberty but can a 78 year old be considered a child?
 
ok, so here's sorta a related question: When I was about 13-15 I was looking online for porn and i used to look at sites for guys around my age...A.K.A illegal pictures on illegal sites...however, i really never found anything and all the sites that promised young guys would never let me through all the popups and if i finally did make it, i had to join and it was super sketchy, so i never did it, then i gave up and started looking only at "legal" porn.

Here's the question: Laws against children looking at porn nonwithstanding, what would the punishment have been for a 14 year-old looking at a picture of another 14 year-old be? I really want to know.
