Hi guys,
I'm wondering if any of you have some insight on why my Macbook won't allow me to update the Adobe Flashplayer. It says it is out of date, but there is no update for the 10.5.8 software version I have. I have to click on run this time every time I try to do something in Google Chrome.

Anyone have any ideas?

I believe Adobe stopped updating it's software for Mac OS Leopard, I no longer get updates any more from them because I'm running the same exact OS version as you but I have a PowerBook G4 instead of a Macbook.

It might be best to upgrade your Macbook, but how old is it exactly? Cause sometimes upgrading can slow it down a lot.

If I remember correctly, there was no update for version 10.x because version 11 had to be downloaded completely new from the website.

So I need a new laptop? Seems kind of extreme to solve a browser problem. The computer works great.

Finally someone else who has to upgrade after being abandon by Apple's evil ways.

I've seen some programs still making applications that are still universal and while most programs like iTunes and Adobe Flash no longer updating.
