So I had a fling 2 days ago, I kissed the man's ass cheeks and very briefly went to his hole, and sniffed it and kissed it gently.

However: 1) I did not actually rim, as there was no tongue contact. 2) I kissed with my mouth closed.

That same day, at night I started to have breathing problems, and since yesterday, I am having abdominal pain and also a pain in stomach or chest area when I cough. The pain only comes when I cough.

So did I catch any STD or anything due to close contact with hole? I googled and found that most STDs take a week or so to show symptoms, and this abdominal pain or breathing problem doesn't seem to be a symptom in any STD. Moreover I started a gastric treatment where I have to take 8 medicines (called Helicon kit -- https://www.ndrugs.com/?s=helicon kit&t=side effects) and the abdominal pain thing seems to be a side effect of it.

Still I want to make sure. Even though I did not use my tongue, the fact is the hole area is very unhygienic and even sniffing and kissing it can have adverse effect. So what STDs or diseases am I in risk for?

So, there's two issues here:
  1. The question of STDs from your almost-rimming encounter
  2. The question of whether you're having a reaction to the "Helicon Kit"

Problem #1:
Most people don't get STDs from oral-anal contact. What they can get is a nasty bacterial or parasite infection... basically similar to "traveler's diarrhea" or "Montezuma's revenge". The reason that people get sick when traveling to third world countries is that there's human fecal material in the water.

The symptoms of these bacterial and parasitic infections are pretty severe- throwing up, loud and painful intestinal cramping and large amounts of watery diarrhea, occasionally bloody diarrhea.

Problem #2:
A "Helicon Kit" appears to be a witches brew of a stomach medicine (Lansoprazole), with an antibiotic similar to penicillin (Amoxicillin) and an antibiotic in the macrolide class (Clarithromycin). The interesting thing about macrolides is that a lot of people can't take them because they cause severe gastritis. The pain is burning and cramping but doesn't cause massive amounts of vomiting or diarrhea. The cramping stops within a day of stopping the macrolide.

You didn't say whether a doctor prescribed his Helicon kit to you. Unless you have a wound or an ear infection, those antibiotics are not beneficial in this case. If a doctor prescribed it, stop taking it and call the doctor. If you bought this over-the-counter, stop taking it.

If your symptoms go away after you stop taking the Helicon Kit, then that was the problem. If you are having severe diarrhea after you stop taking it, see your doctor. You will need a stool test to determine if you do have someone sort of infection.

Thank you for the response. Unfortunately mt country has banned this website and I just managed to access it now for some reason.

My mild diarrhea has gone away completely. I still have gastric /acidity but could be because of macrolides. Can I safely assume I don't have STD or any infection or shluld I get tested??

Also... my doctor prescribed the medicine. Apparently I have H pylori infection, so it's a 10 day treatment (it will end tomorrow). Would you suggest going for a std or infection test due to the almost rimming session?

I would suggest STD testing for anyone who has been sexually active.

What's witches brew btw?

After any Random sex partner it is always a good idea to get checked out! I was completely freaked out last summer. The Keflex the dr gave me for suspected gono/chlam (turned out it was just a UTI and a cyst) upset my stomach I was crampy and diarrhea y for a few weeks after getting off those! I got some good advice from Kara and another guy I cam with he said to take a Pro biotic with the anti but CHECK WITH YOUR DR FIRST!

Yes you were! I'm not giving you a bad time...but better you than me!

The whole thing taught me i'm not for random hook ups no matter how much I would want to, like Britney says in Breathe On Me: Monogamy is the way to go!
