Hi guys.
I have always had a very upward curved penis, no pain and no problems masturbating. But lately I keep wondering... will i be able to give anal with such a curve? Its like 40 degrees upwards, here is a link

If anyone has the same issue or had sex with someone like that i would really like to hear your experiences
Be honest, dont just write to build up my confidence... and thanks for reading this!

What you have is called Peyronie's disease. Based upon the picture, you have an area facing your belly button where there is an area of scar tissue that is causing your upward curve. Also- importantly- based upon the pictures, you are able to obtain a full, firm erection which is an important determination for men with Peyronie's.

To answer your question, yes- since you are able to get fully erect, you can have sex, including anal sex. The only limiting factor would be pain or problems with bending of your penis at the area where the scarring is. The risk that comes with bending is that you might cause additional injury to your penis.

Have you seen a urologist for this issue? There are some new treatments available for this condition- some of which don't require surgery.

Hi, thanks for your answer!
i always had this shape, and there is no pain or palpable scar tissue, so I think that it is a congenital curvature. However i hadnt seen an urologist.
So being congenital the only treatment is surgery...

It varies by country but there are some non-surgical options that they can try. A urologist would be able to evaluate better your particular condition. Or he may tell you that as long as you aren't having pain and don't have problems with sex, you may not need any treatment.
