Joe Biden doesn't care for Hills narrative that Bernie is not pragmatic and that his ideas are too big

“I like the idea of saying, ‘We can do much more,’ because we can,” Biden told The New York Times in an interview published Thursday.

No we can't is not the ticket

“I don’t think any Democrat’s ever won saying, ‘We can’t think that big — we ought to really downsize here because it’s not realistic,’” Biden said. “C’mon man, this is the Democratic Party! I’m not part of the party that says, ‘Well, we can’t do it.’”

Joe's never had a problem telling the truth or thinking big - it gets him into trouble sometimes

But here he nails it

Hillary is the candidate of "no we can't" and that's defeatist and not very progressive now is it

I think it's defeatist trying to hijack someone else's party because you are absolutely sure no you can't all on your own.

I look at the relationships people have before making them my business partners. If you don't know anybody, or have any connections, I don't care what you believe in. You're useless.

seems like neither can actually address the issue that Joe Biden - our VP - raised

odd that you would post knowingly not addressing

very odd

What point is that exactly? That Joe Biden has an opinion? O.K. Yes Joe Biden has an opinion, are we done?

you were done before you typed a letter of your first response - you just didn't or didn't wanna know it

if you have nothing to offer on the topic then shut your pie hole and start your own thread

and your (over) use of the term "hijack" is boring and not befitting of a man who can riff with flair about back alley voting booths ;)

You should see me hijack a back alley voting booth.

I cannot understand the Yoda talk, I'm serious. I just cannot do it.

Here is somebody (Hillary) that has all the political connections she could ever need.

Yet she is the one saying she is more of a pragmatist. Maybe Hillary Clinton hasn't learned that in negotiating, you start big first and then work your way down. She starts at the middle and then makes living conditions even worse for Americans.

Right. She's destroyed so many lives...

BINGO

I do as well...and I always look at the big picture.... and especially their ability as a Statesman ...it is what it most important to me. She earned my confidence over a long period of time and now it is solid.....

THIS is the moment I knew I wanted her as my President....I know it might be boring....but I can binge watch this stuff ..|....

Truth is..on the World Stage..she wipes the floor with all of them from both sides of the aisle....

As Joe found out the hard way....anyone can campaign with catchy slogans like 'Yes WE CAN!'. It turns out though, that in the US, it is intellectually dishonest, because unless you have all three branches of government heading the same direction....then the harsh reality is 'NO WE REALLY CAN'T!"

In fact the American structure of government of checks and balances is based on the premise of limiting and not enabling.

Joe should look back on his own last eight years and ask himself why Guantanamo isn't closed yet, given that his boss signed that proclamation on day one.

says the pragmatist

The Democratic Party was not built on "no we can't"

if that was the case I guess civil rights, gay rights ..... wouldn't be realities now would they ?

well then I'll dumb it down for you

your post and TX post DID NOT ADDRESS the thread

which is not in the spirit of the concept

Im not sure how much clout Biden has within the Democratic party but we have known for a while how Biden feels about the lying stealing Clintons, who just got called out for using sandy hook victims as political cannon fodder.

Maybe he will publicly endorse Bernie and with him a wave of other democrats, I think Biden may be waiting for the right time to stick it to Hills, hes got nothing to lose.

Oh?

When did Obama sign gay rights into law in all 50 states?

When did a Democrat president unilaterally impose civil rights on the nation?

Just looking for calendar dates here.

hillary knows republicans will fight her tooth and nail no matter what, they hate her more than Obama but somehow she has a better chance than Bernies? Dumb democrats.

anyone else find it interesting that Joe Biden and Sanders wife are saying what I said 2 weeks ago?

people are disgusted with Hillary because they feel her campaign has turned into a giant trolling machine ran by corporate democrats that it makes her look really bad for not being the better person, and not even trying. attacking Donald...really, is that all she has?

Joe Bidens opinion doesnt matter?....maybe its time to smear Joe Biden by saying he has an 'opinion', that has no basis in reality, except that hes JOE BIDEN. just like everyone else that disagrees with Hills, they just dont matter ;)
