Actually the main problem is I am from India. I am afraid about what people will think of they found that i am bisexual. I want to be in a secret relationship. Is anyone there who can be my partner.
 
In your other posts, you're talking about rough sex but here you're talking about a relationship.

You're young. You need to start slow. Meet up with guys. Make out with guys. When you feel that you are ready and it is with someone you know and trust, then you can think about having sex and being in a relationship.

The country that you are in has just as many gay and bisexual men as every other country. The difference is that most of these gay guys are in hiding or they are married to a woman but have sex with guys on the side.

If you can't find what you want in India, then go to school, get an education and move to somewhere that will allow you to be who you want to be.
