Tonight August 15th at approximately 10:00PM I told my mother that I'm gay. It was....weird to say the least. Mom took it very well but on the other hand, I was full-on shaking in my boots. As soon as I said "I'm gay", my heart fell out of my asshole, onto the floor, and stopped beating. I couldn't fucking believe I was telling her my deepest, darkest secret. However, my mother accepted me for who I am and even said "whatever makes YOU happy, makes me happy."

I guess I shouldn't have been so shocked, because I knew damn fuckin' well I'd have to come out at SOME point if I had a chance at getting a Growlr and fucking bears *|* it just felt so unreal when I said to her those two words "I'm Gay" for those moments, it felt like I was on the Drop Tower-Scream Zone ride at Kings Dominion only it wouldn't stop dropping. Hell, I thought she was gonna freak out, I thought I was gonna go crazy!

In conclusion, Mom, I fucking LOVE you. You are one hell of a woman and the best mom in the world.

That is a wonderful story and you are very lucky to have such an understanding mom. Things should only get a lot easier from here on out. :)

We seem to be having a coming out marathon here in the community. Congratulations! I'm glad to hear it worked out well with you! :D

Yeah usually it isn't nearly as big of a deal as what we've spent years building it up to be.

Try to spend the next few months (or even years) getting used to the idea of everyone knowing. After a while it won't seem so alien for others to know about it.

Congratulations! Moms definitely have a 6th sense and you are lucky to have an enlightened parent who will be unconditionally supportive.

I'm happy for you. Congratulations!
