Are you positive that's an insect bite?
I had a "pimple" like that on my dick some years ago.
It wouldn't go away and finally got to the point of infection and when I squeezed it like a pimple puss came out.
It turned out to be an ingrown hair!
After I yanked and pulled out the hair it was fine.
