No real dinner today [Saturday] - it was more of a "grazing" type of day. About 250ml of Bolthouse smoothie (the green version), a tomato, some almonds, a dark chocolate bar, a cup of yogurt with a whole-grain cereal mixed in, and [JUNK FOOD ALERT!!] a long wrapper full of Ritz Crackers. I think that's it. Maybe this kinda-sorta makes up for the casino buffet on Thursday night.
