Re: the white bumps on the ridge on the head of your penis next to the foreskin are pearly papules. They are a normal variation.

Re: the redness along the head of your penis. It's hard to see from the picture but is this area painful? Did these red areas just suddenly appear? Did they start as a blister or did they start as a scaly, dry area? Is this the first time you've had them?

Some times is painful, they were blisters and it's very dry and scaly....

the red stuff doesn't look good. especially if it were blisters. maybe karabulut can tell you/us more, but i would get them checked.

It does look a lot like herpes. The other possibility is a fungal infection or a contact dermatitis.

What tests did your physician do to eliminate herpes as a possibility?

It was a blod test and when I had the blister, they test the fluid in the blister, for herpes type I and II.

Uh.... have you had rough sex or masturbated agressively before they appeared? I only ask b/c the location of them and appearance look more in those pics likes caused by local trauma. It doesn't look like herpes to me and if the blister flood tested negative, it's unlikely. Fungus can't be ruled out, but the location is very suspicious for a traumatic etiology imo.
