The nipple area is a really bad place to get stubble or in-growns, so DON'T shave them. Either trim the hairs, or pluck them out with a tweezers.

Wait, what? Do you mean hair that's actually coming out of the nipple? I have hair around my nipples, but not on them. Either way, I usually leave it alone. Shave periodically.

I think some posters have been confused; it wasn't baout shaving the chest, just the nipples.

I am naturally smooth, and I less than 5 strands of hair per nipple. I usually snip it off with a pair of scissors when it grows long. Otherwise, I just ignore them.
