In the US, most "deodorants" are a combination of an antiperspirant with a deodorant. And it's separate from colognes or eau de toilette- it's not usual for men to wear both a deodorant and a cologne.

I voted "nothing", that's not accurate but seemed most appropriate in context.

I don't use typical commercial deodorants, as most as just artificial stinks (scents) and do little to control body odor caused by bacteria. I use the "crystal" type found in health food stores. Zero smell, works all day, and a single stick will last you several years.
 
This list shows three different products than are for different purposes and can't be compared together.

I use deodorant/anti perspirant and wear cologne all the time. I like smelling pretty for the cutie boys. eau de natural has never been a fragrance Ive enjoyed much. I like smelling like I wash my arse.
 
Deodorant always. Deodorant and cologne if I'm going out for the evening.
