Mainly im asking because i haven't been to gym in about two weeks, i burned my self out. I have done the same thing in and out for the last pass six months and i am so bored out of my mind.
On a usual work out routine i would do about 60 mins of running (thank GOD for Ipods), then about 30mins of assorted weight lifting. I have a VERY crowed gym and its a slaughter house in there, every man for him self grab what you can when you can, and it just doesn't help that i go when people are getting out of school and work. I don't know what to do anymore, im just bored of the gym in general, i need something to revitalize my self. Something that will also help me define my body over all... Any advice?
